bee natural lip balm
do i swear by it?:YES.
my favourite lip balm, i went through a few throughout the past ~5 years. i'd say it's the first lipbalm in my life i ever finished fully. at first i used the lavender one, but now i prefer the coconut vanilla. it doesn't dry out my lips at all and it doesn't feel all too heavy.
bepanthen baby cream
do i swear by it?:YES.
the only thing i use for tattoo aftercare. never had issues with healing tattoos, and i try not to over moisturize. i usually use it 3 times a day for the first couple of days, and then slowly taper off.
simple facial cleanser
do i swear by it?:YES.
i settled on this as my favourite cleanser since it first appeared in my local drugstore. it doesn't dry out my face, doesn't have any perfume and it's really cheap. i use it once or twice a day depending on how greasy my skin is in the morning lmao
haru haru cleansing oil

i bought it recently, when i got a truly waterproof mascara that couldn't be taken off easily. it's better than other oil cleansers i tried from my friends and family, but it does this thing that all oil cleansers do, it gets in my eyes and makes my eyesight blurry. i genuinely feel like a retard for getting it in my eyes every damn time, i need to work on my technique... i do have to admit a double cleansing method makes your skin feel extra clean
cerave moisturizing cream
do i swear by it?:yes
this is what i use when my skin gets dry when it's windy/cold. i admit, i'm really bad at moisturizing my skin generally. i hate the feeling of cream sitting on my skin, and it never fully absorbs. this cream saves my ass every winter though so i can't not recommend it
old spice whitewater
do i swear by it?:yes
i've been using it for about 2 years now, and thankfully i'm not having any megacancer issues from this antiperspirant. i tried many products over the years. rock deodorants, healthy organic shit, nothing really works for my sweaty armpits in this sweltering heat. i found this gel deoderant is really good though, and the smell isn't too overpowering. a uni friend introduced me to the world of shitty male deodorants that somehow do the trick, and i'll always be grateful to her...
eucerin oil control spf 50 cream
do i swear by it?:YES!
ok this is my personal holy grail. my skin is a grease factory. i live in a hot and humid climate. most sunscreens MELT off my face when it's 30+. i had this issue with the fameous lrp anthelios fluid, and the cerave sunscreen too. and then, another friend recommended this. it doesn't melt off, it doesn't feel extremely heavy. and it works well, my freckles are not as pronounced during summer anymore. it sucks because i love my freckles, but it proves it's effective
biore aqua rich watery essence spf 50

for 2 weeks i've been looking for my eucerin sunscreen, and no drugstore near me had it. i got pissed off and decided to experiment and get something i've heard lots of good things about for more than a decade now. some recent research on its effectiveness further pushed me to try it. i've only worn it twice so far so i can't vouch for it yet, and it's not as hot anymore to be able to say it doesn't melt off. it does feel nice and light, but.. it's scented. ahhh why didn't i check for that properly. it's got a citrusy scent which reminds me of mosquito repellents. it fades away fast at least and by the time i stepped out of the house after getting ready i hardly smelled it anymore. i will update this after using it more
olival mint lavender shampoo
do i swear by it?:YES!
just like my skin, my scalp is also pretty greasy. not "wash it daily" tier, but "every other day" greasy. i tried "hair training" extensively a couple of times, most notably during the pandemic, and it didn't work. my scalp is just greasy. i tried a lot of shampoos as well, no sls, no silicones, normie shampoos, etc. i settled on this baby. it's made by a croatian company, so you probably can't find it everywhere. i have to order it online now that i moved! but it's amazing and worth it. this march i followed my moms recommendation and i tried some hard shampoo for the first time, and it couldn't compare to this shampoo. my hair got really weird and sticky?? no matter how much i washed it so i went right back to this.
clinique black honey
do i swear by it?:yes
my mom surprised me with black honey when i visited home in july, and i've been using it since then. it replaces my lip balm most of the time now and i kind of understand the hype. i don't use it when i feel like a more matte look would fit my outfits more, but it's good for casual wear. i basically don't wear actual makeup 80% of the times when i'm outside, i'll put mascara on once a week, MAYBE lmao. but i always like having something on my lips and i think this fills the niche for me. i also really like how after applying it two-three times throughout the day, it actually kind of stains your lips and doesn't come off as easily.
peripera ink velvet nutty nude
do i swear by it?:yes
i'll permanently be on a hunt for a good lip tint/mud that comes in this particular shade i have in my head that just doesn't exist. i think this comes pretty close. i like the texture and it doesn't dry my lips out despite being a pretty matte lip product. it doesn't come off extremely easy as lip muds tend to, but you still have to reapply it after eating and drinking a lot.
palladio lip stain shade nude
do i swear by it?:not yet
ok this product i heard good things about from multiple sources. there's a darker brown version but i wanted something more casual so i went with nude. i'm actually pleasantly surprised. it darkens my lips but makes them look naturally that color. there's a few things i'm not too happy about. the marker like applicator feels really dry and scratchy, and since the formula is so alcohol heavy and transparent, it might dry out my lips in the long run. i'm still in the testing phase with this lip stain, and while i love the effect i might not rebuy it...
heroine make advanced film shade 02 brown
do i swear by it?:yes
i love a good brown mascara. this one is indestructible and you need an oil cleanser for it. it's warm toned, if you want a cool tone brown i recommend the rommand one (which is even more indestructible btw). my mascara of choice used to be maybelline's lash sensational burgundy brown but i couldn't find it in drugstores anymore, so i swapped to this one because i heard good things about it. i've been using it all summer and i'm really happy with it! my only regret is that since i don't use mascara that much, it'll probably dry out before i finish it...
joocye orchid night palette
do i swear by it?:yes
i got this on a whim when i was ordering... i don't even remember anymore, it was a couple of years ago. the only eyeshadow palette i use consistently, that nude pink is so good. it's subtle but buildable and i got multiple compliments for it?? i need to find a good local dupe for it eventually because i think it was a limited palette. i have the lip glaze from the same collection, some orangey nude tint and holy fuck, it makes my lips look perfect and dewy and amazing but it comes off so easily so don't use it much anymore. i also really like their packaging.
all matters menstrual cup
do i swear by it?:YES!
menstrual cups are a godsend. i'm recommending this specific brand because it works for me and they've got nice deals every once in a while if you want to get a 1+1 with a friend lmao. however, don't believe the lie where they say a full cup is rare and it's actually the size of your whole period or something. i've never had an extremely heavy flow yet i consistently have one day where i have to change my cup 3 times instead of 2, because it definitely does fill up. i have a friend that has to change hers every couple of hours on her heavy days! but despite that i swear by cups, they don't cause irritation and itching that i started to have with every pad brand you can imagine, they're frankly less annoying to insert than dry and uncomfortable tampons. taking them out might be a struggle at first, but you get used to it...
